Aylah

A lot of people have been asking about how the kids have been adjusting. For the most part, pretty well. Aylah has become extremely dependent and clingy since our first day here. I'm not sure if she's just not quite used to her surroundings, because she's teething (we parents tend to blame everything on teeth, don't we?), or because she's just been way off of schedule and routine. She constantly is needing to be held or clinging to our legs if we're working, and is very unhappy if we can't pick her up. She also misses her Lily a great deal and has become pretty attached to the cement dog statue on the front porch. She pats its head, gives it plenty of hugs and kisses, tries to ride it...it's adorable.
